* About Us *
One interesting aspect of Mirage is that
each member brings a unique quality, talent
and/or background to the band. This
contributes to the versatility of the band
and keeps every Mirage performance
unique and fresh. For example, Keisha
toured the world as the lead vocalist for the
United States Air Force band based at
Scott AFB. Brett previously toured with
country star Kimberly Cash and also shared
the stage with many top national touring
acts - Night Ranger , REO Speedwagon
and Cheap Trick to name a few.

Craig’s Grandfather played with the St. Louis Symphony for
30+ years as well as playing shows at the Fox Theater and
Muny. (Craig earned his music degree from Loyola University
in New Orleans.) When not playing with Mirage, Lou enjoys
playing just about every Sunday for his church’s praise band.
In his early years, Kurt enjoyed playing dixieland and jazz with
the Spring Avenue Jazz band. Kenny earned his musical
degree from UMSL and is versatile in playing the alto, tenor
and baritone saxes as well as the clarinet. Originally studying
piano, Darren moved to the drums and taught private lessons
for years. He’s proud of the fact that several of his past drum
students are accomplished drummers touring with well known
artists. Robert won several awards for jazz musicianship while
earning his music degree at UMSL. Not only is he an
accomplished Trombone player, but he takes center stage
several times throughout the night singing a few songs.
With a history of satisfied clients for nearly twenty years,
Mirage takes numerous steps to make sure each performance
is of the highest quality. To name a few, Mirage will:
- personally meet with each client one month before the
engagement
- personally be on site two hours before every event to
ensure all logistics are worked out for the evening
- coordinate with the Director of Catering/Banquet
Manager, etc at each venue as well as the
Photographer, Videographer, Event Planner and others
as applicable
- not rely on a third party to carry, set up and tear down
their equipment. This ensures consistency from
performance to performance.
A few features offered by Mirage:
- Numerous instrumentation options available (solo piano,
jazz trio and more)
- Detailed planning assistance to take the guesswork out
of managing your event
